No response from parked.com Account Manager - Need Help

My Parked.com Account got Banned 1 week ago. I sent down a mail to my Account manager but have not received any answer. They closed down my account stating reason for that "Traffic Quality", I don't know what they mean by traffic quality. All of the domains that i parked with them received traffic from search engines or it would be direct. More then 60% visits from USA, Still they need traffic quality? I do not know what to do next as I am running out of options. I would really appreciate if someone can give me some contacts from parked.com that can I contact, as i am not receiving any response from my account representative. If there is any parked.com representative please see through my issue.
