			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>I noticed this has been going on for years. a number of shady registrars that snapnames uses (1 Domain Source, Ltd.; Domain Monkeys, LLC; Web Business and Aim High!, Inc. dba Get Yer Name!) have been keeping domains instead of letting them expire when they aren't renewed. they put them behind their privacy info and park them. i don't get why snapnames does business with these kinds of registrars, they are surely breaking a number of ICANN regulations.</div>
