Selling Mrpornmovies.com.

It is an adult site that currently makes a bit more than 800$ per month.

It is absolutely 100% automated except for some little management you can decide to do if you want.. it takes like 2 minutes.

Since the site is automated and no maintenance is needed, I am looking for about 5-6 times the monthly profits. What's better than buying something and get money back in 5 months, then doing nothing more and get an extra 1000$ a month?

Notice the 15,000 hits it says in the total? Well in reality, this site is more than 20,000 a day for sure. The script is made using php coding which is really slow when it comes to multiple connections for counting. With a good cgi script, it would show the real number which would easily be 20,000.

none whatsoever.

This is all without any advertising methods at all. I trade some of my traffic for fresh new hits from other sites and thats the only method for selling that is used. There is no doubt better money to be made for someone willing to invest some time and money into the site.

Just curious, if the site is actually getting 20k+ visitors per day, why are you only making $800 per month? That's over 600k visitors per month and you'd think that you would be able to generate a little more revenue from that much traffic, I mean with a popup or something that pays $4 cpm, that alone would be $2400 per month.

If I were to purchase this site, would you upload to my server?

Those kinds of sites rely a lot on trade traffic, and all these sites are clean.. meaning no poups or anything. If you decide to add anything like that, you will get taken off trades extremely fast. Right now its making a little bit more than 800$ per month but its only using 2 sponsors. That can be customized to the buyer's liking. We have no interest in further building the site, we have better, bigger ones and have bigger plans ahead of us.

There is always a bit of search engine traffic but not enough to talk about really.. maybe a hundred or so per day.. maybe a bit more.

If you were to purchase the site, you would have to download the movies off of us and upload it yourself to your server. Everything would be given to you for you to upload.

The reason why we are selling for only a few month's revenue is that we want to get it off our hands as soon as possible. Which is also the reason why we dont want to start working on it on another server. We are willing to help the buyer with any information and tips and hints about getting started.

Why would i lower it much more than that if i can make that in a couple of months with that site alone?

The buyer will be a happy one .. keep in mind it is summer now. That site makes more than 1200$ a month in winter. I see sites sold for 2 years revenue.. this isnt even 6 months.. up to you guys..

Stay away from this deal. I've been trying to buy movievixxen.com...but the sellers (archael & partner) wanted to sell both mrpornmovies.com & movievixxen.com as a package.

After I found a potential buyer for mrpornmovies.com, so that I can make the deal work, Archael tells me as a matter of fact, that their main sponsor,
SexKey, suspended their account and that he could not verify income.

Archael also said that he told everyone that inquired about the sites that their SexKey was suspended. Was that the case with anyone here?
