Adult Stories Portal With Huge Traffic

I'm listing my adult stories portal for sale again. I'm selling it for quick cash. Another reason is I don't wanna deal with adult anymore due to strict laws in Turkey against Turkish citizens who own adult sites. It's only a problem for Turkish citizens though. If you buy the site you won't face with any problem as long as you are not a Turkish citizen. The portal is in Turkish and the URL is www.porno-hikaye.net - currently there are 26.772 stories on the site. It always has like 250-300 currently active visitors in daytime and at night. It runs on a dedicated server with a few more sites.

Traffic details:

As you can see from referrer stats, 65% of the traffic is from Google. 35% of the traffic is from direct type-in. No advertising done for the site at all.

It ranks pretty good for many important keywords, some examples given below;

Revenue:

It makes revenue via selling ads. Last month it made about $500 only with one banner ad placed on the site. I haven't tried any adult ppc or affliate on the site, so you can be sure it would make a lot more if you put some adult ads on the site. Also, this month I got many offers from sex shop owners to put their banners, and If I didn't turn down the offer it'd bring in about $900. Also I had popup, popunder offers that would bring in about $400 but I never put popup, popunder on my sites. I had already decided to sell the site then so I didn't wanna fill the ad spots to make it easier when I'm selling. All spots are free right now.

The site has dropped in traffic last 2 days because of Google's "this site might harm your computer" mark in search results but it will be solved soon. I had put xbanners.biz's banners on my site to try their pay rates but later I noticed that Kaspersky was giving trojan alert because of their code. Then I removed it but it was a little late because Google had already marked my site harmful by then. I reported this issue to Google and that mark should be removed soon so no worries. Site still keeps its ranks and once the mark is removed traffic will be back.
