If you aren't experienced with TGPs this is an ideal way to monetize your 404/exit traffic. Just send them to your TGP instead of a PPC sponsor and make $30-$35 per sale.
They also make good long term investments. Just host them completely hands free and make sales here and there off the search engine and hardlink traffic only.
