Orkut is one of the largest social communities, as of 9th April, 2007, the number of members was over 49 million.
This Domain Parked receives 500~600 type-ins a month. Proof from last month here:

With a little development it can easily triplicate its audience. Great potential.
Didn´t really want to sell it, as i had some projects in mind for it, but some particular problems are forcing me to do so. I need some cash.
(No TM issues here, just to be clear).
I´ve received many offers in the past i´ve rejected. But now is the time.
I will accept offers from 1K. Will set a BIN later.
Domain at Godaddy, Paypal please.

Received an offer of $400, it´s about 24 months in revenue.
Still looking for more, based on a 4 year revenue estimative i would sell it for $700.
Any more offers?
