The traffic on these domains has been constant ever since I started tracking their stats around 2002 or so.

The traffic is evergreen.

Never been developed, just fabulous monetization.

I've sold a half dozen of these domains over the years (similar ones, not the ones listed here obviously) to various radio stations around the world for between $5000 and $10000.

There is a small caveat, one of the domains listed here is actually in negotiation right now, but the radio station is dragging their heels a bit, current offer is only $3000 for the one domain they want.

So I reserve the right to pull one domain out of this list to to the radio station in question, assuming they come to the party and meet my asking price.

I'm looking to raise a sizeably good chunk of cash, so make me an offer and let's do a deal!

I am looking for high offers

I feel these domains are more in the XXX months range since they have a high end-user resale value, and you can easily hold them.

Plus the traffic is so constant they will pay for themselves over time.

It's kind of an each way bet

Hold these for the revenue stream (or develop!!)

Wait for radio stations to contact you for end-user sales

Thinking about it, you could get proactive and actively contact radio stations and to market these domain names. Actually I wish I had done this already, but I am a computer nerd, not a marketer, so I will leave that option on the table for someone who is more enterprising
