"Torrent" was registred already and so torrentreactor.net's trademark submission was refused becasue they can't use "TORRENT" word in their trademark.

If you check out "TDR Portlet" with Serial Number(77722617), you will find "Offc Action Outgoing " and then you can see this line, "Registration of the applied-for mark is refused because of a likelihood of confusion with the mark in U.S. Registration No. 3173147.?Trademark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. ?052(d); see TMEP ㎣1207.01 et seq."
Yes of course, they can respond until 1/28/2010. but as you see the notice, they can't use "torrent" word in their trademark.
Finally, they can't get their website name, torrentreactor.
