It's quite simple. Put at least one of your domain names that you have for sale in your title and you will not have any problems. NO SPACING - ACTUAL DOMAIN EXACTLY! There is a solution for those avoiding spiders, you may use example(.)com or example(dot)com.
Don't put a domain name in your title and "POOF" your sales thread will be gone.
