According to Google the only links for this domain are "For sale" listings. The domain has no OV score.
Maybe you can explain where the visitors are coming from?
Also what caused the traffic to double from Jan to Feb?

You have to check Marketleap.com according to them 90% of the 11,000 links are from Yahoo not Google

I reciently purchased it so I'm unaware of why the traffic doubled when the previous owner had ownership. Moreover most of the traffic is bookmark,& backlinks. Now that the sedo keyword/content is so very targeted to the audience there should be a slight if not enourmous increase in renenue over the months. And the stat shows that good pagerank,link & site popularity!!! This is a very nice sedo parking domain.

If you are trying to sell this domain here based on the stats you posted then you must take responsibility for these stats, and not hide behind the previous owner. Maybe you can then also explain why you only posted stats upto Februari and not the recent months.
I also find it pretty unusual that the traffic should be coming from 11,000 links where 99% of those links come from websites that Google doesn't crawl.
And "now taking offers above $1,000" for a domain that supposedly makes $400 a month also raises questions in my mind.
If you are serious about selling this domain then I suggest that you first explain what is really going on here.
I am taking responsibility but your ethic code is off the wall I'm not going to lie and makeup something when I don't know! Plain & simple I bought the domain and I neither the previous owner know's why the traffic doubled I wasn't the one that owned it for the various months( he has hinted that the backlinks has increased as well as traffic to those sites) . Moreover; the screenshot provided is from the origional owner and can be verified by sedo themselves. About the other months he sold me the domain with traffic so I parked it at Chaped to get more members & make money!
It's called metatags & backlinks It's not new to me but to many it is! I make $x,xxx monthly as a result of ppc domains that the major search engines crawl because the metatags are still intact. If you would like to lear about this awesome way of making money do a few google searches for (expired domains with traffic/because there still indexed in searchengines). Don't make assumptions because the site is crawled by many searchengines more than once daily but not all of the pages are indexed.
Taking offers above $1,000 means that I will not be selling it for $2,600 that's a good thing, I want more then $2,600! I'm percieving that your not from the US os it's ok if you don't understand my grammar.

i think there is quiet a difference between accepting an offer and considering an offer.. be a little more clear and specific... 1k and 2.6k is a major difference, might want to be a little more careful with your wording next time!

buyers, beware.. after a few pm's exchanged with the seller who refuses to provide traffic tests or up-to-date screenshots i have a bad feeling about this sale/domain... he expects you to send in the $$$ first -- sounds like a fraud.. will be notifying the admins/staff and letting them investigate more into this funny character, fragile

The guy did the same thing yes I recieved $65, then $25 the next day but who know how much he made parking it at his various sites (as he paid me twich on two separate ocassions)! I really don't have nothing to loose; I'm in college and I need a "residual" stream of income that ppc & steady online site's like Chaped.com can bring so I have persuaded myself to sacrifice one of my domains to attain that. But I will by no means compermise my way of doing business. There is a word for a similar tactic fuled by a woman's lust for power & riches it's called "GOLD DIGGING" in which a female will seek out a rich males not to persue a healthy relationship fuled by the desire to know and love that person but just because of there net worth! Therefore; I will not be the subject of this again; it to me just days ago & by me learning from it is by no means following in the same footsteps that got me there in the first place.
well, first of all.. i would be willing to pay you whatever you are currently earning per day.. i need to verify the traffic and of verify that it is infact real... and because we have not done any business prior to this i can not and will not "post sold" or "make an offer" ..let alone send money first just to find out a week or month later that i have been ripped off and left with a worthless domain that had traffic bought to it.
your stats are pretty old.. february is the latest ones that show in your provided screen shots... i need to see march + april stats before i even agree to send you any money for a 2-3 traffic test.
and also.. nobody in their right mind will send you 1k.. let alone 2.6k for a domain that has absolutely no indications of where the traffic is coming from without a traffic test

it made me $800 a month and I parked I used the 8,000+ visits a day it recieved on various of my websites! But then the guy that wanted to buy it took the 20,000+ unique visitors it gave him and ran. I can't honestly take that chance not even if you pay me. Ive recieved a few offers and willing to go the traditional way
moreover; I will only be listing it for sale for one week from today because I now have 5 high traffic domains making money via sedo and won't need the low $x,xxx figure I will get from this sale.

u expect somebody to pay you upfront, 2.6k.. without even the opportunity to test out the traffic? get real! its either you are after a "newbie" or you are one.. because this is not how you go about buying/selling traffic domains.. if it was 50 bucks, then no biggie.. generally when you are dealing with 1k+ or even a few hundred bucks with a total stranger a traffic test should be reasonable... unless of course you got something to hide?
or maybe you want me to send you $100 for each day while i test out the traffic, i bet you'd like that.. because after all i could be making like a few hundred bucks per day off this traffic (potentially?) using magic
