The problem with dnf when selling your domains is that you are only going to get trade prices not enduser prices, thats why im still poor LOL

Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!Thanks TheJosh. I turned down $300 two weeks ago and $450 last week. This name caught me off guard after I bought it. The traffic was over 300 every day. Some of the geniuses on this board have already trashed my thread...All I know is that I have over 3,000 names and this one has the most traffic. I've been selling well over 15K worth of names per month from GoldKey "for sale" links alone (use your imagination as to what the profit margin is). When you can sell great brandable names that tons of end-users want, why even bother with some of these traffic names? I would have never even put it up for sale if the traffic wasn't ten times more than I expected. I am quickly losing interest in trying to sell this name. I don't need the money.....just wanted to see what the response was. Too many negative people who don't know the context of the thread.
Welcome to the business and good luck.

You are correct. I have sold numerous names here and I realize that it is mostly fire-sale prices. I have bought many names here as well, so I have gotten the benefit of that wholesale price. It's a real simple story...I bought a name not expecting much traffic and it ended up getting more than I expected....so I put it up for sale. It's not a World War. I think these people are used to fraudulent stats and traffic and they are always looking to pay someone two times earnings, they couldn't even figure out that I had stated repeatedly that it didn't really have any earnings. Warren Buffet made billions buying 8 times earnings, so why would I sell someone a name for 2. This name is a brandable name as well.
I officially announce that this name is not for sale. No hard feelings. Let's forget about it and move on. This is my last post. Have a good day.
