I own http://built4clicks.com. I sell the templates on ebay for 9.95. In the past roughly 2 months, I have sold the template 12 times, or roughly $60 a month.

It gets plenty of traffic, but a good portion is paid for. Ebay accounts for some of the uniques, but certainly not all.

Depending on ebay sales, the 7 day auction is 2-4 per listing. There are always about 50 views, and 1-5 watchers everytime.
