We are not renewing our wwd account, and will be moving to other registration posibilities. Rather than handing the account over to WWD and all the clients, I am wondering if someone is interested in taking over.

It is URGENT. If the creditcard information is not renewed, and the yearly $99 is not paid the account will cease soon during the next days to come. So the buyer needs to put his cc info in there right away.

Also Our last cheque for the last 2 months has not been received yet. April and may had $52.16 in commissions, still within the account.

The last cheque jan-feb-mars was $76.17

The customer base is about 50 real customers (there are more customers than that, but some are fraud accounts and busted of course or just test accounts by people who havent bought anything)

If someone is interested, please notify me right away. The account should be worth $52 x 6 = $310 (approximated yearly income) + $52 (funds within account) - $99 (yearly fee) = $263

It would be a nice gesture if Our own domain repository, listed as a priviliged customer should still remain priviledged after the sale. The domains in there do not generate any commision and were not in the calculation and will partly be moved over to our new registrar.

The store is a part of Finexe Web site at http://www.finexe.com/domains. The domain or the company itself is not for sale. We have just decided not to continue our wwd subscription and will be using other registrars in the future. Thus Finexe name must not be used for this reseller in future. Conclusively the wwd reseller and its customerbase is for sale. But not any domain, and not our own domain repository. You should register a new domain and mail to all customers saying about the owner change and the new address. We may also recommend your site meanwhile our new store is not ready.

All prices have been kept to the minimum. But price setting is free.

.com has 7.45 wholesaleprice, while customers buy them for 7.85 + 0.25 icann fee = 8.10 for each transaction you also pay 0.25

there are a lot of domain types and each differ in price. there is a pricetable at wwd, it is somewhat confusing, but substract profit from customer price to see what the actual wholesale price is (the one listed is before they take all fees) http://wildwestdomains.com/pricelist.aspx

The profit for each domain type varies.. coms are one of the most pressed of course. but domains are not the main income, extra things sold with domains, that is Hosting, mailboxes, etc gives more profit. the store has about 150 domain regs and transfers.

mouseketrips, I have been in telephone contact with wwd today, and there is no problem, but I don't have much time left. I need to do this very soon, as they will cancel the account if new credit card info is not given to the system. I have already one bid, but he knows he is the only bidder right now, so he bids lower than I see it worth. I'd rather have what it's worth.

The reason for selling is I got a free $500 worth cnobin api account for finexe at christmas when they had a compaign. I would like to use that one in future with our own back-office code.

Finexe has been a verified paypal business account for about a year, I am also an active forum memmber at webhostingtalk.com called "absolutelyfreeweb" just to see all is legitimate. And you can put me on msn anton_mh@hotmail.com so we can do the transfer online so everything goes smoothly.
