Upside ? alexa 60k you sell domain at and 7 day is 128K i only see downside,to be honest i think the $600 is more than generous for this domain,i would snap their arms of before they change their minds.

@ CamMK27 it had 30 clicks only this month in 4 days..this was directory ppl search and come here for directory as thats the keyword iam using now u can check what keywords been clicked

Why is majority of traffic from Asia? They are coming to a parked page? Sounds more like you are buying junk traffic in order to increase your stats and dump this domain on someone.
