I read through that last post and don't really see what the problem is. mike031 provided screenshots of the stats and even authorized fabulous.com to provide the actual data to prove he wasn't altering the screenshots in photoshop.

He also mentioned that the decrease in traffic could have been due to the fact that subdomains were not resolving and a 404 page was not set up.

How exactly does that make him a crook?

heh its alright... i mean if you cant or wont trust me or fabulous.com stat's you can always ask me to park the domains on your very own name servers so you can see the stats with your very own two eyes... sheesh! i have always been open to suggestions and in one way or another willing to work things out even if i have to take a loss.

I think he is being as honest as he can be. Providing screenshots to prove certain details is a good start.

Remember, as a buyer of any domain it is in your best interest to follow up on the actual numbers of the domains using domain tools.

Mike031 should not be singled out. If you do your own research and find out actual facts, you can then decide to buy the domain or not.

That is not to say that im supporting fraudulent users. Im only saying that buyers should protect themselves by doing the research and it is to your discretion to purchase or not.
