Good evening all, i have decided to sell my domain name http://www.nowtutorials.com

it recieves anywhere from 1000k min up to 2.5k unique hit a day.
I am short on cash as i have just lost my job and i need to support for my newly born daughter, a few experienced friends on dnforum told me to sell it as a domain with traffic instead of developed (although it is) for an extra price i can allow the buyer to have the content/design etc. but i would prefer to keep that and just sell it as a traffic domain.

Sorry to hear you've lost your job, just a couple of questions

- How did you promote the site initially were there any paid ads involved and are there any existing promotions? I'm asking because it's lifted of the ground very quickly considering it's age.

- It may be better for you to sell with the content because if there's no site in the sale the traffic will drop off almost immediately - would this be a problem?

- Are you receiving any revenue, if so what have you accumulated so far and what is the CTR?

- Do you have a BIN pricing?

I have not promoted my website at all, i have worked on back links with other websites etc, and also SEO, as for the page CTR it varies, some days its high some days it low. But because of the realted content thats why it can be low, i cant see traffic dropping because i have worked on back links to keep the website running well without adding new content to the website.

I have a BIN in mind if you PM me i will tell you it, and also (For the buyer, i will tell you how to get up to $1.26 per click using google adsense, and i can implement it for you.

BIN set - $2000 with out content/design - $3000 with.

Sorry to say this but.. the PM's i have had offering $100 for the full lot, hehe, dont ask ,make me an offer less than $1800 (Just for the domain with traffic)
