Due to Family and Health Issues, I am looking to sell one of my nice domains, HouseSitters.com
domain gets 70-150 uniques a day with spikes every now and then from news articles portraying this niche industry. Domain only makes a couple bucks a day with adsense. I've been running it as a free site, but have neglected it over the past year due to reasons I don't want to discuss.
Target Price is 60k USD's, Buyer pays all or any escrow fee's. I would be willing to pay a 10% broker fee if anyone here can find me a buyer that meets my asking price.
