well if so, they will probably make a higher offer first.
My recommendation would be to delete this thread, if you expect Disney to place an offer after they failed at the court.
This is not a UDRP discussion my friend, if you wish to make an offer, you may do so.
The problem is that through this sale you allege a buyer would gain immunity and that is incorrect.
I do appreciate that feedback, and I have modified the post to say "should be free", instead of "will be".
