You can 'must' install some rating script to list/rank different HYIP sites that run on the web for a fee you decide. This was you are earning legal money for listing websites that mainly are illegal itself.

Why do i keep saying legal and illegal?
Because i have been scammed myself a couple of times trying to make some cash with those HYIP things. I think they are illegal.

Well, i am looking for $70 for the domain name itself.
I have a good script that i worte myself for that purpose, i never released it as it still needs some work. It is 100% functional but still needs some cosmetic workouts. If you want the script also with the domain name, i think $120 will be just great.
