Trademark issues?

None that I know of. This was a previously registered name, and according to my research, itv is a common acronym for internet tv, interactive tv, instructional tv... http://www.acronymfinder.com/af-quer...d&string=exact
I did a little research and found the following at USPTO:
"Additionally, the 2(e)(1) refusal is continued as non-final in that the examining attorney came across evidence to show that ITV stands for Interactive Television, evidence that is attached herein."
Have any revenue/click stats?

I am very interested, but as I saw from the parking page, the 1st AD is iTV.com, will this cause serious TM issue, like a bad faith?
Hmmm... I thought I specifically excluded ads from independent television (itv.com), to avoid that issue. The first ad I see (from here in the U.S.) is from amazon. Plus, as I stated previously, "This was a previously registered name, and according to my research, itv is a common acronym for internet tv, interactive tv, instructional tv... I absolutely did not register it in bad faith, rather with Interactive TV in mind, as it's something I've been paying attention to for several years.
