Hello,

I'm selling Mazika.net (It means Music in Arabic and the word is popular in the Middle East countries)

It's parked at google and making $20+ monthly from parking.

Here is the visits/revenue proof from google adsense for this month (OCT 2009):

MODS : If posting screen shots for Google revenue is not allowed or against Google TOS, Please let me know and remove it.

Most visits are coming from: US,Canada,China & many Middle eastern countries.

Popular keywords: music,mp3,artist,album,convert,free

Hi,

As I've said, I'm parking it at google adsense and I've posted visits&revenue stats, google doesn't offer so much info. I've mentioned the traffic origins above and almost 95% are type-ins.

and sorry, I don't park to someone else account, it doesn't make sense since the revenue proof is already exist.

Testing the traffic is standard and something I have done for every traffic domain I have paid x,xxx for. It makes perfect sense.

1. You have 0 itrader rating, we need to protect ourselves
2. We want to see increased analytics to know that the traffic is legit
3. We want to make sure the traffic actually exists. Screen shots can be faked.

I've also never heard of anybody using Google for domain parking.

I am interested in the domain as well but would not pay x,xxx without at least a two day traffic test.

Isn't most of your traffic coming from Google? I see that your site currently ranks very high in Google for the term mazika. However if I buy it and park it with another company, Google will likely de-list it and the domain would lost most of its traffic...

the traffic is type-in... so whether it's parked at google or other ppc shouldn't matter.

the only diff would be which service converts best

Yes, The traffic is legit. Also the screen shots are real. I was using sedo and it was doing good, but I wanted to test out google domain parking program and it's doing great more than sedo and almost any parking company I've ever tried, For an example sedo is giving a very small share of the revenue, google is giving a great share and I was parking this domain as a testing for this oct 2009.

Also I can provide you with sedo stats for the same name:

How do you know it is type-in? It ranks #2 in Google for this term. I'm sure lots of its traffic comes from that. If it is parked with any other company, Google will likely de-list it.
