Upon further investigation I've decided to withdrawn from negotiations. I don't think the traffic is real.

I see domain was registered few months ago. where was it parked until this month? I think many buyers such as myself would expect to see few month of steady income, specially when considering domain in the $x,xxx range.

The domain name was never parked previously, it was an established website. A simple check of the cached google pages would show this.

Than you would understand that a majority of traffic is derived from links that over time will drop off unless of course certain techniques are utilized which a majority of your buyers don't understand. You would also understand that 1500 is too much unless the buyer is looking to develop. Afterall, how many people type in expireddomaincalendar.com? Ovt dictates none, it's not exactly intuitive.

Daniel has been very forthright with explaining where the traffic is coming from and hasn't shown any signs of trying to hide that. He has a 100% trader rating here, and casting a blurry shadow or implying in his sales thread that he is hiding something is wrong. (Why do people always insist on inserting their 2 cents in other people's sales threads?) I could understand if he was not showing referrals or lying, but come on.

Any buyer should and would know this prior to purchase if they just read this thread where he explains where a majority of the traffic comes from.
