Setup using Wordpress with a terrible Adsense template.

Used to blog for PayU2Blog.com at $5 per post. Made over
$600 in 2010 using PayU2Blog for Petstrong.com and avg.
another $4 or so a day (even today) with Adsense. Haven't
added a new blog post in months, so the potential is absolutely
there. Also made money writing and submitting articles to
Helium related to pet content. Also charge on occasion for paid
relative links on the site. (No paid advertisers currently on site)

Cannot provide screenshots of Adsense or PayU2Blog income for TOS reasons,
so assume no income if you want (thought not a correct assumption).

Will transfer domain via GoDaddy the same day purchased and I will move site
files and database to your Hosting within 48 hours of purchasing if you want it.

@airmax, true to a point, though they do not accept a blog until it had a steady flow of traffic, and 3-6 months of content built up.

For a claimed 17k unique page views monthly, you have no Alexa ranking. That's fairly impossible. Could you post the referrers of your traffic to show incoming links?

a lot of the traffic is organic, as a result of all the keyword based blog posts
