I'm RELISTING this site because the private buyer pulled out of the purchase. The reason for this was because it was assumed this was more of a turnkey site -- but in reality you do have to spend more than a handful of hours on it a month to keep activity up and to of course write up content, etc. So PLEASE keep that in mind if you are serious about putting in a bid.

The site will take bids at a very reasonable starting price of $3,000 -- which is at minimum 12 months ad space -- it could be a lot more if I still promoted my own CPA programs. The Buy It Now can be utilized for $12,000 as well. As of right now, I am not promoting any of my own affiliate programs -- mainly because a lot my higher CPAs that were negotiated in the past were pulled by my networks. This was of course because of the new gambling law that signed by Congress a few weeks ago. So for the past few months the site has been earning income through block ad sales. The site also has made some decent money off PPC ads from Revenue Pilot and Bidvertiser; however, those had only been running for several weeks, with income topping $21 or so (see screenshot above). Anyone who can get approved for Google AdSense or Yahoo’s Publisher Network could easily bring in decent daily figures as well.

125x125 banner space (6 to 10 max) = $30/month or $55/2 months

Please Note That The Reason That The Site Made More Than $30,000 Alone In Cpa Programs Is Because A Lot Of The Deals Were Negotiated Myself -- Not To Mention My Ad Network Arranged Me With A Higher Than Average Cpa On Some Of The Gambling Programs.
I Cannot Guarantee You Can Make That Much In Just 12 Months Because The Industry Is Always Changing.

Also, If You Cant Bring In The Right Amount Of Players Then You Will Normally Not Be Subject To Such A High Earnings Model Like I Had. If You Have The Contacts, The Charisma, And A Lot Of Time Set Aside For Negotiation (whether It Be By Email Or Over The Phone) It Isnt That Difficult To Get Such A High Cpa And Then Turn It Over For A Very High Profit Like I Did.

I Say This Because I Know Many Of You Will Question Why The Site Is Being Sold For So Low. Well, That Being Said, I Dont Know What The State Of Online Gaming Will Be In The Future. Hence Why I Pulled My Own Programs And Started Selling Advertising Only -- Because Right Now That Is The Safest Bet For This Site Until I Figure Out A Better Way To Monetize It With Higher Paying Cpa Models.

The Fact The Site Is Being Started At Just 12 Months Ad Space Revenue Is A Steal Right Now. I Can Only Hope An Interest Will Be Sparked Where I May Be Able To Get The Max Value Out Of Such A Great Site.
