What country do they have a TM in? There isn't one in the US.

You don't need to register a trademark to file a WIPO claim because somebody is violating your trademark. It helps but all that is required is for you to use the name first and for somebody else to be profiting from confusion. If you were to use domains similar to or even a typo of a site that has not filed for a trademark, and not profit from the site or use it for something completely different than what they offer - then you may win. But if you park a typo of an existing site, of any kind, you are likely going to lose a TM dispute if they know what they are doing.

Hello, sedo is not the best parking service and these domains are in need of some better optimization for better CTR and revenue. I`ll try other parking services and after that will set more reasonable price. Also i received $1300 offer for pornhyb.com via PM but i am looking for more. This domain with a great potential, traffic increases every month. I also have Redtube typo with avg 1000 uv per day from Europe and i am willing to sell it too but before i`ll test it with different parking services to set price correctly.

fwiw sedo is pretty good for this type of traffic. It is just have hard to monetize bulk typo traffic well. Most of the people are looking for something else and they just instantly click away.
