To make a long story short i purchased this website with the intention of making it a really big resource since there was a community and steady traffic.

2 days ago while i was transfering the site the old host went down and i dont have any way to access it anymore.

I managed to download a full backup of the whole website which has 400 mbs on the home directory and about 60 mb on in the forum.

My host doesnt allow this website and shut me down for whatever reason and now i dont want to go to the trouble of making it live since this is not my expertise

I dont have access to any screenshots of trafic but this month it fell since to server isues but the last 7 or so months had a consistant 40-50k uniques.

I dont have any recent stats because i never had a chance to run the site myself but here is what i found from the previous owner

All i have are the raw access logs at the moment unless the old host wants to decide to work again so i can get screen shots.

I have a 6mb download of the raw access logs if needed but i dont know how to display it since its in text format.

I forwarded it to domainsponsor for the time being and this is from 3 hours ago.. from 10 to 1pm. Since im undecided what to do with the website at the momment

He only had one adsense banner on the wordpress install and not in the forum so if you look at pageviews you can see how much traffic this site is getting.

I dont know of any readers since i am not that technical.

The forum has about 2000 threads with 12000 posts and 2000 members. All legit topic related 0 spam posts.

I really like the site you are offering, and am sure that it has a lot of potential. I am unsure why at 1500 daily uniques it is generating such low revenue, with better ad placement and advertising it should do a heck of a lot better. Being as it is though, it requires a lot of work, and current offer is at one year of revenue. I will increase my offer one last time to $255 .. Good luck with the sale
