Hit the PrintScreen button on the Keyboard.... and then open an Image-Editing program (MS-Paint if you're on Windows), do a Edit-->Paste and then "Save as JPEG".

its trial but i have found it useful to recording scrolling in screens to capture a whole window.. (plus it does a whole whole lot more! ima not affliated with them, jsut been using it for years, well the very old version)

For cyclists, maybe. The most gruelling pro sport event has to be the annual Paris-Dakar race.
