I might be missing something; wasn't the domain created on 2/22/2001? Then how is it 8.5 years old? :-D

Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I am thinking about selling supersite (dot) net. Was an established technology jobs portal many moons ago. Gets a 50/50 mix of traffic from search engines and links. Good average is around 30-35 daily uniques.

I do not have any revenue stats for it, so please don't ask ;0)
The main page of the domain, along with it's secondary page are both PR5. It has some decent listings at Google for 'tech jobs, techjobs, supersite, computer tech jobs' and more.
Looking for at least $3500. This is excellent targeted job traffic, but of course, with a name like 'SuperSite', it really could be used for just about anything.

I have a domain that was originally registered in 1987. I re-registered it in 2003. Can I say it's 17 years old?

I made a point that your title IS incorrect. If you don't care - as a seller - to be accurate with the item you are selling, then what can I say?

Your example would stand only if you said that the house was demolished in 1993 and was rebuilt. That's what happened to the domain. If you check the WHOIS, it says 2001 - not 1996.
Instead of getting all upset, just say that your title was unintentionally misleading.

NetProwler, I didn't negate the value of your domain. Let's be fair here. I only commented on the fact that it is not 8.5 years old as your ad says.
