TechWench.com
PR6, over a year old, Alexa 195k, Yahoo reports over 30,000 backlinks, all of them appear natural and many are from authority sites. The site which used to be hosted on this domain is NOT included, but is still in Google's index. Registered @ GoDaddy.
This used to be a blog featuring Wordpress plugins and ExpressionEngine templates, but the owner (TechWench) quit and sold the domain to me. I’m not exactly sure what to do with it since it’s not in my niche so I’m flipping it.
It is parked at sedo so I have no specific traffic stats – Hopefully this is ok; I want to sell it quickly so the new owner can preserve its authority and traffic. According to sedo, the domain has had 18k views in the past thirty days (It hasn’t been parked a full 30 days yet either), and it has tons of authoritative backlinks, providing traffic, trust and PR. EDIT: Since the domain has just transferred SEDO accounts, the unique visitor counter has been reset as of today.

can you post sedo screenshots?
EDIT: the sedo account transfer has been completed and stats are now visible as of today

You can see stats on sedo directly, searching fof Techwench.com, but i am trying to see the stats and I get an ERROR.
so this domain never actually expired??
No, the domain never expired. It also stayed with the same registrar. For some idea of what happened, check out Google's last cached index page for the site: http://66.102.7.104/search?q=cache:M...s&ct=clnk&cd=1
You are seeing the error in sedo because I purchased it through them, and it is transitioning from the previous owners account to my own. My CP tells me that they "are currently verifying" the domain, this process usualy takes a few days. But it is still counting visits, up to 19,000 now.
If no one is interested because of this, I am willing to extend the auction until it has cleared my sedo account and you can view it directly - I just wanted to get it out here while it was still fresh to make it easier for whomever purchases it.
Recieved a $500 offer
Ok, The domain just cleared my account and the unique visits have been reset (within the last hour). You can now access the listing directly in sedo to see traffic.
You say you have 19,000 visits in your CP but sedo shows only 359? How many visits/day does the domain get?
RulesAny sales threads not conforming to the rules below may be deleted!
1) Each domain listed must average 30 uniques/visitors per day. Traffic stats are required.
2) Source of traffic must be clearly explained. For example; type-ins, links,
typos, etc. If the domain is a type-in/typo please provide a little
background information on the keyword/term. If you are not sure or simply
have no clue where the traffic is coming from then please state so.
3) "Traffic stats" means a screenshot or a link to actual traffic
stats of the domain pulled of off the server the domain is hosted on.
For example, if you are using DomainSponsor or any other
PPC sponsor a screenshot will be required (link to a screenshot)
since you would not want to give out your account password.
4) If your domain is hosted (and not forwarded), then you only need to
post a link to your stats page (ex: webalizer, awstats etc), or you may take
a screenshot of the vital stats information (unique visitors and referrers).
5) The complete domain name must be shown in the initial post so potential
buyers are able to verify the name is the same name as indicated in stats.
The stats must also contain the Domain Name in the screenshot!
Thanks everyone for the interest, I do realize there are quite a few posts to parse above so let me repeat myself for clarification's sake.
When I posted this Domain, traffic stats were available through SEDO as I purchased the domain through SEDO and it had been parked there for approximately 3&1/2 weeks and accumulated over 18k unique visits.
When the domain is in the process of changing accounts it becomes invisible in SEDO. But I had posted a link that showed the old listing while the change was in progress (which is no longer visible)
Now that the domain has cleared my account, it is once again visible, and as I stated above, the unique visits have been reset as of yesterday.
SEDO has recorded over 600 unique visits as of roughly 3PM CST yesterday and that can be viewed here: http://www.sedo.com/search/details.p...=techwench.com
This is consistent with the previous number.
I have edited and added additional posts with every change.
I apologize if the account change has confused many people, but as the site is still indexed in Google I figured that whomever buys it would be better off getting it sooner rather than later. This is why I did not wait.
Would you like me to point the domain to a blank page with a free tracker so you can view referrers?

Just a quick note that I am not Think with an explanation point.
Payment has been confirmed and the domain has been pushed - the sale is now final.
