I picked this domain up before it expired, aged from 2008.

was previously developed as a Spanish language blog about technology, with many tutorials and how-to articles, etc

traffic is mainly from Mexico, Spain, and Argentina, among other South/Central American countries, (as you can see from graph)

After installing analytics and watching the traffic source, I recreated about a dozen of the top trafficked pages with identical URLs so that the pages would stay indexed and continue to capture the traffic from search and referrals (links)

this site has many existing backlinks. Yahoo shows over 3,000

If you wish, I can show you how to go about recreating all of the old URLs (probably dozens more)

Now considering offers on this domain. I am not window-shopping but motivated to sell at a fair price. Offers should not start lower than $xxx range.

You could sell text-links on this website and do pretty good. I think PR 3 text-links average from $50 - $100 or so on the homepage. (not sure as i have not done it, best check current rates for yourself). but this is a nice opportunity for anyone pushing Spanish traffic.
