    Are there local presence requirements for .at domains or can non-residents hold them?

    As far as I know there are no restrictions for .at domains.

    There is 3 buyers at bin, the first who managed to get money to me, any possible ways. Moneygram, western union, wire transfer or any other way. Will have the name. One buyer has requested statistics from sedo.com, they emailed me and I have agreed to release stats.

    So basically, what else.

    Give me a call maybe and we can negotiate on the deal.

    p.s.: I guarantee a refund, if the traffic or income will significantly(50% or lower) go down during the period of 30 days. You know many sellers don't offer this kind of option.
