It is a Google PR 6 site with an Alexa Traffic Ranking of 354,362. There are 295 sites linking in to Neo-Modus per Google, and there are 62,800 sites that contain the term "Neo-Modus.com". To the best of my understanding, traffic is via the various links and references on the web. It is currently parked at Skenzo. It is found in reference to the very popular subject of file sharing.
I do not have access to any web analytics to determine anything beyond what I have presented here.

"DIRECT CONNECT" and "file sharing program" are some of the top key words that people use to search for the domain. It also has many old posts that reference the URL.
