We already agreed with Johnny about sale via email BEFORE You posted sold and also I am willing to sell You the domain for agreed price, I can even let Johnny change the DNS right now (as it is probably still in some of his accounts), so the only different would be 1 day missed. And actually as Johnny needed the money immediately at that day and you did not have loaded Paypal account, everybody wins. You get what You want, Johnny too and I make 300 bugs for coffee...
