I think the traffic would be typos not type-ins? Notice how .co.il is adjacent to .co.uk on the keyboard.

Definitely not. Highly unlikely double typo. Wikipedia Hebrew is a very popular site, hence the common mistake of looking for the Israeli LD, instead of the main site, and changing to Hebrew.
