I don't have more detailed stats, however this domain (and a few others I still own) belong to an old affiliate program I used to run years ago.
When I had them on Parked.com traffic was tier 1, meaning the biggest part of it was from the US and Europe.
Yes, it's adult traffic, but the domain is not explicit.
It could be used for dating or social networking if you would like to develop it and better monetize it.
