This domain name is part of a unique group of 19 www.ext domains that were allowed to be registered freely by people from the 200+ extensions that exist on the internet today. Normally, www.ext names are blocked from registration making this name extremely desirable to own. Recently, www.im sold for $30,000 in a private sale and I used to own www.bb which I sold as part of a non-disclosure agreement.
This particular name receives between 6,300-6,500 uniques/month, with some revenue. The true value is in the domain name itself.
It is registered directly with the .bs registry (Register.bs) and is renewed till the middle of 2012.

No restrictions, anyone can own this domain
2) What is the renewal fee?
It's $100 - which doesn't have to be paid till mid 2012
3) Is there a BIN?
