    How is a resonable fee to pay a broker?

    Prices between 10% and 20% of the final sales price are reasonable
    brokerage fees for professional domain brokers, because they do a lot
    of work by actively marketing your domain, etc. However, "normal"
    domain marketplaces like sedo shouldn't charge more than 10%.
