If you could able to fetch a sale price of $10K - $20K, your brokerage commission would be 15% of the final sale price.

If you could able to fetch a sale price of $20K - $30K, your brokerage commission would be 20% of the final sale price.

If you could able to fetch a sale price of $30K - $40K, your brokerage commission would be 25% of the final sale price.

If you could able to fetch a sale price of $40K - $50K, your brokerage commission would be 30% of the final sale price.

If you could able to fetch a sale price of $55K and above, your brokerage commission would be 40% of the final sale price.
