My Client has decided to entertain a lower bid if it will be make for a faster and more qualified bid. His original reserve was $145k he is looking to drop that to under $100k.
This of course must be done with a professional escrow service and we will be looking at splitting the cost depending on the bid placed. He is open to realistic offers :undecided

Just wanted to update everyone that has sent bids. Our highest confirmed by is just over $60k. The owner is interested in closing a deal by the end of this next week if possible.

Since I have never seen you broker a domain before, I need to ask these questions before I make an offer:
1 - Are you a corp, LLC or individual?
2 - What type of insurance does your company have?
3 - What is the address and phone number of your company?

On November 30ths our server got hacked and we were able to keep the server alive for a very short time during this past week. We got it back up and running on Saturday the 4th about Midnight so the stats are going to be a real mess for those few days. You should see the stats back up to their regular numbers within a few days.
