You are free to formulate your own theories it doesn't bother me because I am not making things up. But I am not just gonna let you go and make fun of me without saying anything. Goodness, why can't you people believe a posting like this? You could go check my posts and see if i look like someone out to do some stupid things. The owner has a great need that can't wait that's why he's willing to let go of the extra (big) amount. Thanks for the suggestion. Both owner and the emergency buyer will benefit from this. If I had the money i will not think twice buying it 'cause there is 99% certainty that the mentioned company will acquire it. It's just a matter of changing ownership before that happens. So if the buyer's money is just sitting on his bank account with little interest, why not invest on this one instead? and get his capital back plus HUGE interest, which is at least 20%, in a relatively shorter period of time. You don't need to pound your brain and scour the internet or Google for an End-user - he's already made known himself, given his offer, but requires you to wait a bit as he prepares something and then the cheque will arrive.

My client is not stupid to refuse 100k more, but he has no choice. Someone should take this opportunity and use it to his advantage.
