This is an easy sale for an experienced and confident guy who can call up and sell my domain name to a law firm, which is a highly established company, and it has all the .coms and nets registered both singular and plural, except for the plural .com, which had just expired and grabbed by myself.
If they let it slip and a competitor uses it, the competitor just gets free traffic, so they cannot let it slip either.
You must be a confident caller, previous domain selling experience is a plus, and you must be able to "sell" - that is, stress the importance of having it and not letting anyone else using it.
