Mocus, do you honestly not understand what he means? Your offer has to be greater than 1 million dollars, offering 25k does not qualify. Now if i was to discuss the likelihood of him getting offers in excess of 1M i would receive another friendly "warning" from the mods when i mock people in the appraisal forum.
If we are talking about people from the appraisal board, the name is worth $25 to some and to othr it is a trademark violation...lOL
