Are the links at the bottom sold links or your sites and do they ahve to remain there?
Th revenue quoted is that from adsense?

I spent a ton of time on this site, more than any other... I've added 3 sections on top of the forum, a directory, a webtools section, and a resource section.
The directory is a feed from DMOZ, with thumbnails on the site listings
The webtools section is a compilation of seo scripts, like PR prediction, etc
The Resource Center is a place where the admin can login and post resource/articles there.
All of these sections are search engine friendly, and I've SEO'd it as much as I could, with an awesome linking structure, So I'm looking for an extremely good PR next update.
And yahoo makes about $2-$10 a day.
This sale includes everything you see on the site, and comes AS IS. It comes with a leased vB liscense, that has I think 8 or 7 months left on it, comes with a premium skin I had to buy, and a custom logo. And also, many members are comming daily... so it shouldent be to hard to get this forum kicking, although it already is!!

The links on the bottom are just link exchanges, and they can be removed at the end of january. The revenue quoted is from yahoo.
