free of charge, it is possible the rate may increase when your 40
days are over. He also has an exclusive deal with the website owner
that allows him to have the only text link with color. You will need
to negotiate the pricing for the colored text link with the website
owner, as I do not believe that this is included for $150. This
website that he advertises on receives approximately 50,000 Uniques
a day at this time. His link receives roughly 600 clicks per day,
with the link title of: "Games for MySpace"

no, not all of it, but a major part of it.
Update: I was talking to the owner the other night and here is what he said... If it was sold a month ago it would have sold at about 2 month's rev!

Where are you making that kind of money from a parking site? I know of no parking sites that pay that kind of money. I have tried 7 parking sites with high traffic names, all they pay is between .03 and .13. If you are lucky, you might get $1.80 for loan and mortgage domain name clicks. Who are you parking your names or name with? What company?

Did they give the owner an OK to have 5 ad units on the gameplay page?

for the question about the ypn targeting, here is what YPN states:
so if your users are MySpace type users and you target Financial Services / Credit, Loans and Debt, I see nothing wrong with that, as some of these people will need credit cards and other such sites. Note: I don't think that is the target of this site, it appears a little different then the one I have targeted to that target.
