You are right Premium Domains, nobody will sell an established money making domain which netts 400 Euros per month for 3 years revenue if it werent a trademark.

Probably the asking price would be in the region of 8 to 9 years revenue for a generic domain making that much.

This domain sale is NOT for newbies. It is for the established domain traders who know how to handle tm issues.

So the domain was posted there from the 7th to the 15th (both days being partially parked). During this period the domain earned $143.70 on domainspa. As you all know domainspa accepts some traffic and rejects some. Anyway, stats from 7th to 15th are available for serious buyers to see.

4. What is the lowest BIN possible?

If you see the the case is dated back to May 2001. The company then acquired the domain name but let it drop by not renewing its registration.

I again confirm that the owner has not received any Legal notice / C & D letter or email regarding this domain and he is willing to certify this.

As you can appreciate the company (Zee) did not renew its domain and let it expire. This proves that the domain is not important in their scheme of things.
