all this domains already registered , but not on my name. only azeri not registered. EURODNS ---SCAM!!!!

baku.asia, is a Governmental Reserved Nameazeri.asia

azeri.asia we picked up for one of our customers

classifieds.asia submitted during landrush
marketplace.asia registered 9 march

With other words, only Azer.asia and azeri.asia were available for registration when the .Asia went live 2 days ago. Too bad another registrar beat us on the first one. he second one we did register.

1) Your words:

as far as I know you (DOMAIN REGISTRER EURODNS)should show whether domains are occupied or not.
2) You registered azeri.asia just after a phone call to you -EURODNS - was made( only today).
3) Today is the third day of live registration, but i had noticed "azer.asia, Ready for submission EuroDNS " on my account.
4) I insist again that you are scammers, because you took money for domain registration knowing these domains either were already registered or it was impossible to register them, like baku.asia.

You are going to refund money 15 percent less then I paid, that means that you got 15 percent of my registration fee for a domain which you did not register, you're making unfair money and are effectively stealing. I am sure that I am not the only client you have scammed. It is not only a scam but a criminal case, it should be brought to the attention of the ICANN.

i will add my two cents to EURODNS scam report

i ones tried to register domain angel.cz like few years ago, they took my money, then domain was registered by someone else , they claimed someone else registered domain same time, i never used them since

What's mentioned above happened to me with Godaddy and a few other registrars as well. With Godaddy, they provide a refund if for any reason the domains are not available due their software glitch, which may show a certain domain as available, when it is in fact already registered. I am not sure if this is a scam. A bad experience for sure.

In my opinion, Euro DNS is one of the better registrars out there. In some exceptional cases, they even renew my names when I have had trouble paying upfront due to funding issues.

Perhaps both parties can resolve them amicably.

Eurodns should have at least put up a message on their site to check the whois if they have a problem with their software !!

I noticed that a lot of .asia domains that were showing as available in Eurodns were actually taken...

?? when you do a "search" in euroDNS for the relevant domain it will either give you a whois, or not. That way there is no problems in regging. As for the most of the domains you "thought of" - do you really think you are the only one in the world to have snagged properties.asia etc etc. Try bank.asia / sex.asia and perhaps money.asia, i am sure they are also availible

I am still waiting for a refund on 5 .asia domains from Eurodns.

I wonder why it takes so long to provide a credit to my account...

I can't even reg any good .asia domains all of them will be gone by the time Eurodns credit my account...

I gave Eurodns a try and ordered a .ASIA domain with one of the discount codes. Funds were withdrawn from my account right away which is ok. 60+ hours have passed and my .ASIA domain still has a "Ready for submission" status? Nothing has happened since I submitted my order. It says on the website that most of the registration process is automated, for some reason I can't believe that!

How long does it take them to reg a domain over there? Other registrars handle a .ASIA domain in less than 15 minutes.

If they have a good explanation, please go ahead and let me hear it because I'm very curious as to what's going on.

I did, on three domains and all showed as avail on Eurodns.com
I went for 1 of them to see how it goes.

The one name I tried to register because it showed as avail was "pending" for a day but now is not even that...just a blank and not in my account.

Whois for 4 days now for all three domains .

yeah i have a HUGE issue with eurodns/asiadns.com Total Scammers. Im already talking to ICANN to have them remove their ICANN accreditation. Not only did they take my money but my domains were still in pending status after the golive for the .asia names. Only after i sent a huge email about how i would love to sue them, did they reply. I wish they were in the U.S. My suggestion is to DONT USE THEM FOR ANY REGISTRATION. If the name isnt available then they shouldnt of charged my card. Oh and i love the fact that they send an email after you order them that landrush names are non-refundable.

If euroDNS is reading this i hope your company goes down for being shady.

I sent them a support ticket and they emailed me back with a response that had nothing to do with my question, so i wrote them back and said they were awful, we'll see how they respond lol
