Tastinggenie.com and DomainGenies.com missing funds!

Anybody else get promised that your funds would be transferred from your Tasting account to your domain account, and get nothing?!

I'm glad it was only relatively little money, but I have written to them a couple of times and have yet to get a reply.

Until I'm paid, I suggest you proceed with caution when using domaingenies and mindgenies.

If they give me my funds back, I'll post an update here.

Happy Domaining!

Man, I hope you get your money credited over correctly. I still have over $2,000 balance in my Tasting Genie account that I need to transfer also. Please keep me informed of your progress.

I want to let everyone know that I have a portfolio of 245 domains on auction at EBAY that ends Apr-05-09 11:56:17 PDT. There are a lot of single dictionary word .orgs and .infos

They paid.

Situation resolved.

Don't know if I'll use them to register .com's cuz they are $10.xx plus .61 cents for total dns control.

Cheers.

I had the same thing happen to me. I emailed them several times and gave them nearly two weeks, I never got a response and the funds didn't get transferred. Finally I opened a paypal dispute and within hours, surprise, surprise; my account was credited. I guess they just needed a little extra incentive

On the topic of domain registration fees, if anyone plans to stay with them; just open up a reseller account and you will get your domains for $7.75 for .coms. Can't go wrong with that price as long as you can keep track of you $$.

As an update to my earlier post, these scam artists have now put a lock on every single domain in my account because I made an issue over the $450 they tried to make off with from my tasting account. It looks at this point as if it may take a lawsuit to regain control over my domains. In the mean time, if anyone knows a reputable registrar that will allow me to get domains for under $8 per year, please let me know.

Looks like they got me too. I went to log in, and they say: "password expired" a new one has been emailed to you. Only problem is, I no longer have that email! It escaped my notice that I didn't update my account email since they axed the tasting account. Effectively, I am locked out from my domains. I wrote them, let's see how they respond. Someone should alert ICANN if they are unwilling to accommodate domain holders.
