At the moment I dont have enough time to develop LoveHookup.com and UKCareers.info.

If anybody is interested, I am willing to pay 40% commision for anybody who will develop a unique script for the above sites, or 30% commision if you currently have rights to use a script.

I will market the domains myself once finished.
Administrative and Support tasks will be handled by me however preference would be towards an automated script.

All site aspects will initially be decided by the designer; This includes prices and what the site actually contains.

If you are not satisfied with the commision rate I am also willing to negotiate.
