Starting this holiday season, I am shifting my main focus from buying/selling domains to developing. The one thing that I can think of is to create a credit report affiliate site, but I'm sure there are better ideas out there. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Tough one to monetize. So many things to do annually. Medical exams,change batteries in smoke detector, update your will, pay your taxes, etc. Maybe do some subdomains with it.

Thanks Scott. I agree that there are a lot of uses for annually, so my only choice might be to go with subdomains.

Could do a reminder site for the things you need to do anually like the above

annually finance related site could get you best returns in my opinion.. brainstorm, research and see what you can come up.
