Have a client who wants to use a HTML Web Template, and wants to use Toronto MLS listing. Anyone here know how it works and how you can use MLS?
I think someone needs to be a member in order to get the authorization to search mls databases and display results on another website. This may require being a real estate broker/agent. I would try to contact the local mls for details. Maybe mls.ca. I would think that they would furnish guidelines/code to set this up.
Many U.S. broker sites I've seen are framed with mls data provided by IDX.
